  24. (as well as other Serious Cybernetics shareware).

  26. If you have already registered RkPlus, simply print PHOENIX.FRM, fill it out 
  27. and mail it to the address on the form for immediate access.  Alternately, you 
  28. can call the BBS itself and post a message to the system operator.  Once your 
  29. registration has been confirmed, you will receive special access.
